Dundle.com Takes $20 Payment but Fails to Send Bitcoin Code

I purchased $20 worth of Bitcoin from Dundle.com. The payment was charged to my bank account through Google Pay, but I still have not received any code in my email. When I contacted Google Pay, they told me that Dundle received the payment and that the issue was not on their end. I then contacted Dundle, but I still have not received any response. I would appreciate it if you could send the $20 Bitcoin code I purchased to my email as soon as possible.
