$150 DuitNow Transfer Successful but Balance Still Zero
I am reporting a missing deposit to my online platform account. On June 15, 2026, at 10:15 AM, I transferred USD 150.00 via DuitNow (Instant) from my RHB Bank account to the provided Maybank account under the name Ahmad Bin Yus** with account number 514589112233. The transaction was successful, and the payment Reference ID is 98452026301258741. Despite the instant nature of DuitNow transfers, my platform balance still shows zero and the deposited amount has not been credited. I contacted live chat support about this issue, but I am only receiving automated responses and they are not checking my payment receipt or manually verifying the transaction details. I request that the finance department urgently review and verify the above Reference ID and the transfer to the Maybank account of Ahmad Bin Yus***, and immediately credit the missing USD 150.00 to my platform account.
