I am writing to report an issue with a withdrawal related to my Easypaisa wallet and the 1win platform. On April 13, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of PKR 3,000 from my 1win account to be received via Easypaisa. However, the transaction is still showing as pending, and the amount has not been credited to my wallet.
The transaction/account ID associated with this request is 358067763. I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. As a result, my withdrawal remains incomplete, and I am unable to access my PKR 3,000.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that my withdrawal be either credited to my Easypaisa wallet or refunded without any further delay. I also expect clear information about the current status of this transaction and the reason for the delay.
