It has now been over two months, and I have received no follow-up communication. When I called again, I was told that my refund had been approved and the product had been sent back to the pharmacy. However, it has now been another month, and I have yet to receive anything.
On top of that, I can’t even reach customer service anymore. This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and a refund.
