I Paid for Dream League Soccer Transfers and Diamonds but Didn’t Receive Players

I made 9 beloved transfers in Dream League Soccer, spending 495 diamonds and paying ₺100. However, the money and diamonds were deducted, but the players never joined my team. I want this issue resolved immediately.

Additionally, every time I upgrade a player, their level resets to the previous one after the next match, making all my efforts pointless. Please address both these issues and restore what I paid for.
