I have been playing eFootball 2024 and recently spent a total of ₺1500 trying to acquire higher-level players. Despite these purchases, the system continues to give me low-level players, making it impossible to strengthen my team in the way I had planned.
My main frustration is with the STP (center-back/defensive positions), where I specifically aimed to secure at least two or three high-level players. I attempted this process three different times, but each time the result was the same: only low-tier players were assigned to me. At no point did I receive any error messages, so the system appeared to process the transactions normally.
I have not yet contacted customer support, but I feel this is an unfair outcome, given the amount of money I spent in good faith expecting balanced chances for higher-level rewards.
I am requesting that Konami/eFootball team fairly resolve this issue by assigning me the two or three high-level STP players I have been trying to obtain. This would restore balance to my account and ensure that players who spend money are treated fairly.
