DramaWave VIP Subscription Charged Without Clear Consent Or Warning

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge for a Dramawave VIP Subscription that was automatically deducted from my wallet through Google Play on May 17, 2026, in the amount of 335. This deduction was made without any clear warning, notification, or my explicit permission, and I do not recall ever turning on auto‑renewal or knowingly activating this VIP Subscription. After noticing the charge, I contacted support to request a refund, but I was informed that a refund would not be issued. I find this unacceptable, as the payment was taken automatically and I did not knowingly approve this renewal. I request a full refund of the 335 that was charged, immediate cancellation of the VIP Subscription, and the disabling of any future automatic deductions related to Dramawave on my account. I also ask that you review how this subscription was activated and renewed without my clear consent.
