I purchased a one-week subscription to the DramaWave app and assumed it would automatically cancel after the 7-day period ended. However, without any warning, notification, or message, the app renewed the subscription and charged ₺230 from my account without my knowledge or approval.
The most frustrating part is that I immediately canceled the renewed subscription once I noticed the charge, and the system stated that a refund was being processed. That was over 10 days ago, and still, no money has been credited back to my account. I feel misled and taken advantage of — I never agreed to a recurring payment, and the lack of transparency in DramaWave’s renewal process is unacceptable.
This kind of unauthorized automatic renewal should not be allowed, especially when there’s no clear warning or consent. I demand that the company refund my ₺230 immediately and ensure that no future payments are withdrawn without explicit permission. I’m calling on DramaWave to fix this issue urgently and treat its users with fairness and respect.
