DramaWave Charged For Subscription Without My Permission
I was charged $99.99 for an annual Dramawave subscription through Apple Cash on Friday, 03/27/2026, without my permission or explicit consent. I did not intend to purchase an annual plan and I do not need or use this subscription. I have supporting information for this transaction such as the payment/transaction details, and Apple Support has informed me that they are unable to help me resolve this situation, so I am now directly reaching out to you. I kindly request a full refund of the $99.99 that was charged and the immediate cancellation of this annual subscription so that no future charges occur. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
