I purchased Dr. Oetker's Tavuk Göğsü dessert, and while the label mentioned "flavor enhancers," it did not specify mastic gum. One of our guests, who has a mastic gum allergy, ate the dessert and had a reaction. Upon checking the package, there was no mention of mastic gum at all. If the product contains mastic gum, why isn’t it listed? It’s alarming to think about what we might be consuming without knowing. This is a serious issue, especially for those with allergies, and I expect immediate clarification and corrective action from Dr. Oetker to ensure such ingredients are clearly labeled in the future.
