Wolke Cocoa Cake Mix by Dr. Oetker Misleads, No Powdered Sugar Included

I just bought Dr. Oetker's Wolke Cocoa Cake Mix when it was on sale. It was clear from the package that it came with both the cake mix and powdered sugar. But when I opened the box, there was only cake mix inside and no powdered sugar. I feel like I've been tricked by false advertising, and I'm very upset about it. As a consumer, I expect the product to be exactly as described in the package. This has not been the case with Dr. Oetker's Wolke Cocoa Cake Mix. It was annoying to spend money on something that didn't do what it said it would. I want Dr. Oetker to compensate my loss as soon as possible. I demand a refund as compensation.
