Complaint Regarding Stolen Money At DoubleTree by Hilton Ankara

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Ankara on January 18th, and unfortunately, I became a victim of a theft. A total of $4,600 in cash was swapped from my bag and replaced with 54 one-dollar bills. I reported this incident to the police on January 19th, and the surveillance footage has already been handed over to the authorities. However, after reviewing the footage, I have several concerns: 1. Why does the hotel have surveillance blind spots? 2. Why did the hotel staff push my luggage into a surveillance blind spot? 3. Why did it take 20 minutes for my luggage to be delivered to my room? I am extremely disappointed with this situation and request an immediate investigation into the matter. I hope the hotel takes responsibility and provides a satisfactory resolution.
