I Didn’t Receive My Shopify Order from Serinilatör and Can’t Reach the Seller
I placed an order through a Shopify store called Serinilatör about 4–5 days ago, and I still haven’t received the product. The order hasn’t even been shipped, and there’s been no update or tracking information provided. I’ve tried reaching out through direct messages, but they aren’t responding at all.
The company has very limited contact information, and none of the provided phone numbers work. I’ve also noticed many other customers complaining online that their orders arrived broken, incomplete, or not at all. Some, like me, haven’t received anything or even a proper reply.
This is unacceptable. I demand immediate clarification on the status of my order and a firm delivery date. If the product isn’t going to be delivered, I expect a full refund without delay. Shopify should also monitor such sellers more closely to prevent further consumer harm. Please take action and resolve this as soon as possible.
