XM Trading ₹8,000 GPay Deposit Missing Despite Successful Payment

On 30 September 2026, I deposited 8,000 INR to my XM Trading standard account via Google Pay (GPay). The GPay transaction shows that the payment of 8,000 INR to VOLTIX HOME APPLIANCES PRIVATE LIMITED was completed successfully, but the amount has still not been credited to my XM Trading account. After noticing that the balance in my XM account did not increase, I contacted XM Trading support and informed them about the issue. They asked me to provide all proof of payment, which I have, including the GPay payment confirmation for 8,000 INR dated 30 September 2026. Despite this, the amount is still missing in my XM account and no clear solution has been provided. I request that the 8,000 INR I deposited via GPay on 30 September 2026 be promptly credited to my XM Trading standard account and that a clear explanation be given regarding the delay in processing this transaction.
