Xiaomi 360 Camera Blocks Remote Access Without Paid Subscription

I purchased a Xiaomi 360 camera expecting reliable remote monitoring, but I am extremely disappointed. If you don’t purchase a paid subscription, remote access is disabled within 3-5 days, making the camera useless for monitoring a location from afar. Additionally, the memory card frequently malfunctions, requiring a reset, which is impossible when no one is available at the site, like at my summer house.

This makes the product completely unreliable, and I’ve essentially thrown my money away. Xiaomi, you mislead customers with this kind of policy. I regret purchasing this camera and no longer trust your brand. I will not buy any Xiaomi products again. Resolve this issue or risk losing more customers like me.
