Domino’s Pizza Keeps Cancelling My Paid Orders Without Explanation

I have been experiencing repeated and arbitrary order cancellations with my online orders from Domino’s Pizza in İnegöl, Bursa via the Domino’s mobile application. On 10.06.2026 at around 15:30, I created an order that fully met the minimum basket amount and also selected a campaign from the discounts section. With the 30% discount, my final basket amount was approximately ₺370. However, my order was cancelled without any valid explanation, and this is not the first time such a cancellation has happened just when I am about to enjoy a pizza I specifically crave. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that my payment was taken, but no refund has been provided so far. The orders are cancelled as if it is a normal practice, and there is no clear information, justification or explanation given to me about the reason for these cancellations. I request a clear explanation and an apology for this upsetting experience, the prompt refund of the amount that has been charged to my card, and an assurance that such arbitrary cancellations will stop so that I can use the Domino’s application with confidence again.
