I ordered Domino’s Pizza through Yemek Sepeti, and the experience was highly disappointing. The pizza arrived 1.5 hours after being dispatched, cold and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the courier dropped the pizza bag on the ground right in front of us.
When we asked the courier not to place the pizza in the snow, he rudely replied, “I don’t care.” It was snowing, which we understand might cause delays, but his careless attitude and handling of the food were unacceptable.
We ended up eating cold pizza after being disrespected by the delivery person. I expect Domino’s to address this behavior and improve their service quality. Customers deserve better than this unprofessional treatment.
