I purchased my Reeder S19 Max L 128 GB phone on December 19, 2024. The device has never been dropped or impacted in any way, and there is no visible damage such as cracks or scratches. However, after about one year of use, the screen glass suddenly separated from the body, and the phone stopped working completely.

I first went to the store where I bought the phone, and they directed me to the authorized service center. The entire process of sending the device for warranty service and receiving it back took nearly two months, leaving me without a phone for a long time and causing serious inconvenience.

At the service center, I was told that this issue would not be covered under warranty and that I would need to pay for the repair, despite there being no impact, breakage, or user-related damage. I strongly believe that the screen separating from the body and the device becoming unusable after only about one year is due to a manufacturing or assembly defect.

I request that my phone be evaluated under warranty conditions and that it be replaced with a new device free of charge, without any cost to me.
