I Was Scammed After Buying Steam Account Online

About one month ago, I purchased a Steam account through Itemsatış from a seller named “melihhataileri” for $30. Just four days after the purchase, the account was taken back from me, and I completely lost access. I am now unable to log in to the Steam account in any way.

As soon as I realized the issue, I contacted Itemsatış support and provided all the evidence I had. Despite this, I was only told to stay in contact with the seller through messages and try to reach a mutual agreement. The support team then closed the case without offering any real solution.

I later learned that the seller’s account had been blocked, but even after this, no refund or alternative resolution was provided to me. The seller has clearly stated that they will not issue a refund or return the money.

I have been left in a very difficult situation due to both the seller’s actions and Itemsatış’s failure to take concrete steps despite having evidence. I am even considering filing a legal complaint.

I request a full refund of the $30 I paid and that the seller “melihhataileri,” who is scamming users by reclaiming accounts, be permanently banned to prevent further victimization.
