I am writing about a serious problem with my withdrawal from Dmwin that is showing as “complete” but has not been received in my bank account. On 08/03/2026 at around 1:31, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 26,507 INR from my DMWIN account to my IndusInd Bank account. In the Dmwin system, the withdrawal status is shown as completed, but the money has not been credited to my bank account. My UID on Dmwin is 3201423. I was informed that my amount would be refunded and that it would be completed by 8:00 a.m. the next day, but even after this time, my money has still not been received in my IndusInd Bank account or returned to my Dmwin balance. Because of this ongoing issue and broken promise about the refund time, I am under serious stress and have even been advised to complain to cyber crime and the SP office. I request Dmwin to urgently check this transaction and either immediately send my withdrawal amount of 26,507 INR to my IndusInd Bank account or clearly confirm in writing that the full amount will be refunded to me without any loss or further delay. I specifically ask you to clearly inform me of the exact date and time by which the amount will either be credited to my IndusInd Bank account or fully refunded to me, and to ensure that this is completed as quickly as possible. Otherwise, I will be ready to proceed with a formal complaint to the relevant authorities.
