I sent a message on June 17, 2024, requesting the return of my €100 deposit, but I have yet to receive any response. It's frustrating that there’s been no communication despite my reminder. I expect the full refund to be returned to my account by the end of this month at the latest. Please process my request immediately and refund the €100 deposit to the provided account details. This delay is unacceptable, and I urge you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
