I purchased a DJI 4 model device through Hepsiburada. The screen on the controller malfunctioned, and since the product was still under warranty, I sent it to the Karacasulu Service Center in Istanbul for repair. The service center informed me that the product was purchased from abroad and therefore not registered in their system, after which they returned it to me without repair. However, I bought this product from Hepsiburada, without any “international” indication, and with all official documents included.
I later contacted Hepsiburada customer service. They asked me to send the product again, assuring me that they would help resolve the issue. Yet, after four days, the product was sent back to me again, without any explanation. When I called, I was told that the product was now registered, but I was never provided any documentation to prove that. Meanwhile, the service center verbally confirmed that the product was still not registered in their system.
I have all warranty documents, and I can prove that the product was purchased in Turkey through Hepsiburada. The Karacasulu Service Center stated that in this situation, the product should be replaced rather than repaired. I would like to thank the service center for their assistance during this process.
I am requesting that my grievance be resolved and that my product be replaced with a new one. I have been waiting for a solution for a long time and kindly ask that this matter be resolved promptly.
