My DistroKid-Distributed Song Was Stolen on YouTube

42

A song that my friend and I legally distributed via DistroKid on YouTube has been uploaded by another user on their channel without our permission. We have no idea how this happened or what steps to take to reclaim our content.

This is a serious copyright violation, and we urgently need YouTube's support to resolve this issue. We put in the effort to create and distribute our music, yet someone else is benefiting from it without authorization.

YouTube, please take immediate action to remove the unauthorized upload and restore our rights to our own content. Has anyone else faced this issue? Content creators should not have to fight for ownership of their own work!
