I Was Charged Monthly by Disney Plus Without Subscription

I recently discovered that my İş Bankası card was charged $8 per month under the name “Disney+ London GB” for seven consecutive months between October 2025 and April 2026, even though I do not have any active subscription. In total, approximately $56 was deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent.

I have not used any Disney+ service during this time, and I do not accept these unauthorized charges under any circumstances. I contacted Disney+ via email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I also have all supporting documents, including account statements and transaction records.

I request a full refund of all seven months of unauthorized charges, including any related fees. Additionally, I demand a thorough investigation into how these transactions occurred, along with a clear written explanation and assurance that such unauthorized charges will not happen again.
