Unauthorized Disney+ Subscription Charges - Seeking Refund

Disney+ has been making regular monthly deductions from my account without my knowledge. I have called numerous times over the past months, and while my account is inactive, they are still withdrawing money from my card. Customer service is never able to help, saying they will email London. There is no resolution, and I am having unauthorized regular monthly withdrawals from my account. I immediately demand a refund.
