I Cannot Watch Disney Plus Due to Ad Playback Error

I am a subscriber to Disney+’s ad-supported plan, but I have been experiencing a serious technical issue that has not been resolved. When the Getir advertisement shown before certain content fails to play, the content itself does not start at all. Since the ad gets stuck, I am unable to watch any series or movies. Refreshing the page or restarting the app does not fix the issue.
To resolve this problem, I contacted Disney+ customer service twice (on March 19 and April 3, 2026). Since the issue still has not been fixed, during my most recent conversation I made the following request: “If you cannot fix the issue, at least temporarily remove this advertisement.” However, even this reasonable request was rejected.
I am paying for a service that I cannot use, and the solutions provided by customer support have been insufficient. As a result, I had no choice but to request the cancellation of my subscription.
My expectations are:
Immediate resolution of the technical issue
Temporary removal of the problematic advertisement until the issue is fixed
I request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
