I Cannot Resume Shows on Disney Plus and App Keeps Glitching

I am a Disney+ ad-supported plan subscriber, and since the beginning of my membership, I have been experiencing constant interface-related issues while watching on my Grundig Android TV. Almost every time I open the app, the screen size is incorrectly adjusted, the display does not fit properly, and the system never resumes episodes from where I left off. Even when I finish an episode and move on to the next one, it often jumps back to a previous episode instead.

Because of these errors, I am forced to rewatch the ads shown before episodes over and over again within short periods. This results in both a waste of time and a severely disrupted viewing experience.

If these interface and playback issues are not fixed in the near future, I do not think it is fair to continue paying the same subscription fee under these conditions. I request either a prompt fix for these problems or a reduction in the subscription fee.
