Discovercars.com Changed My Airport Car Reservation Without Asking Me

My reservation (D010197298) was changed without my consent to a different company and a lower-quality vehicle with a high deposit, despite specifically choosing a provider within the airport. This is completely unacceptable. Discovercars.com misled me with the initial booking details, only to switch things at the last minute. Moreover, it's outrageous that canceling the reservation is intentionally made impossible, while payments are taken instantly. The lack of transparency and support from Discovercars.com has left me feeling deceived. I demand an immediate refund—this level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.
