Discover Cars Charged Me Without a Successful Booking

I attempted to rent a car in Lesvos (Midilli) through Discover Cars, using reservation number D009737168. However, when I reached the payment page, my transaction was declined three times. Despite this, my credit card was still charged, even though no booking was confirmed.

Not only was I unable to rent a car, but I was also wrongfully charged, leaving me frustrated and financially inconvenienced. I immediately contacted Discover Cars to resolve this issue, but I have yet to receive my money back.

Discover Cars, I demand an immediate refund for the failed transaction! How can a company take money without providing a service? Has anyone else faced this issue? I expect a prompt resolution!
