Discord.com Disregards My Multiple Nitro Fee Refund Requests

I had activated the Discord Nitro trial membership that I purchased from the account linked to enes*********[email protected]. However, after the trial period ended, an annual Nitro fee of ₺749.99 was deducted from my card without my consent. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the Nitro subscription. I have already communicated this issue multiple times, but unfortunately, there has been no response or resolution. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope to see a timely refund for the unauthorized charge on my card.
