On January 5th, I purchased the Joom e-commerce site, selecting and paying for three items from their catalogs. The merchandise, facilitated by the seller Shoplar, was sent to my address with the order "Send to the address of the one who placed the order" via DHL Express after completing the necessary procedures in China. The package reached London Heathrow Airport via a British Airways cargo plane from Hong Kong, where it was received by the DGF Star Broker, providing consultancy services to DHL Express Cargo. Until this point, tracking details were accessible on the Joom site and DHL Express cargo tracking. However, the subsequent steps remain a mystery.
The standard DHL Express procedure involves consolidating and dispatching international cargo from Germany's Frankfurt Logistics Center based on their destination. To reduce the load on the Turkish DHL distribution organization, they delegate the responsibility of delivering cargo to the addresses to international service providers in Turkey. Unfortunately, no information is available regarding which companies are involved. Express and PTT Cargo, the possible carriers, show no records in our tracking.
For issues post-dating January 5, 2024, with the latest one being January 11, 2024, the details remain elusive. It's crucial to note that the problem lies not with the cargo's content but with the complaint regarding the shipment's packaging.
