Our shipment with DHL (tracking number: 1045232285) was sent from Hong Kong and arrived in just two days. However, after clearing customs on Monday and requesting a simple address change, the delivery has been inexplicably delayed. It is now Thursday, and our packages are still not delivered.
Every day, I’ve contacted customer service and filed complaints, but no action has been taken. The parcels are reportedly moving back and forth between Istanbul and Izmir without reaching us. Despite paying $1000 for shipping five boxes, the service is no better than a standard local courier.
