DHL Shipment Stuck Without Updates Since December 13

I have a package sent from Germany via DHL on December 7. The last update was on December 13, and since then, there has been no progress or communication regarding the shipment's whereabouts.
When I contacted PTT, they stated that the package must not have arrived in the country yet, as it is not visible in their system. Attempts to contact DHL have been unsuccessful, leaving me without any clear answers or resolutions.
This delay is extremely frustrating, as I urgently need the package. I expect DHL to take immediate action, locate my shipment, and provide a prompt update on its status. This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge DHL to resolve this issue immediately.
