DHL Hasn’t Moved My Package Since May 3 and I Can’t Reach Customer Service Number

I’m extremely frustrated with DHL’s lack of communication and accountability. My package was shipped from Germany 15 days ago, and the last tracking update was on May 3. Since then, there has been no movement at all. The package is stuck, and I have no idea where it is or when it will be delivered.
I’ve tried calling DHL multiple times, but no one answers. It’s like the entire customer service team has vanished. This kind of indifference is absolutely unacceptable. In the past, I’ve received packages through DHL without any problems—but this time, it’s been nothing but silence and delays.
I urgently need my package, and DHL needs to act now. Provide a clear update, move the shipment forward, and offer an actual way for customers to get support. I paid for a reliable international shipping service, and this is nowhere close to it.
