Very Unsatisfied With Desigual Costumer Service!
On 13 March 2026 I placed an online order on www.desigual.com with the order number B008652550. I am now trying to return this order, but it has been impossible for me to do so for about one and a half weeks. The return label I received from Desigual does not work in any of the UPS drop‑off points I have tried; I have already been to six different locations and none of them could accept the package with this label. I also tried to arrange a home pick‑up, but UPS could not take the parcel because the label was incorrect. As a result, I am stuck with a package that I am not able to return, even though I followed Desigual’s instructions. I contacted Desigual customer service both by e‑mail and via chat. Unfortunately, the only answer I received was that I should use the same return label I have already tried many times, even though it clearly does not work. In the chat I was also told that the return label was inside the package, which is simply not true, and this added to my frustration instead of solving the problem. I request that Desigual immediately provide me with a valid and functioning return label that can be used at UPS and arrange a full refund for my order once the return is processed. I also expect this to be handled without any additional cost or effort on my side, given the time and trouble I have already spent trying to resolve this.
