I Was Shocked My Delonghi Magnifica Evo S CAM290.81 Milk Container Wasn’t Covered

I purchased the Delonghi Magnifica Evo S CAM290.81 coffee machine, expecting the quality and customer care that comes with such a reputable brand. Unfortunately, just one month into use, the milk container cracked on its own while attached to the machine—no impact, no drop, no misuse. We heard a sound, opened the machine, and found the container visibly cracked. Naturally, we contacted customer service thinking it would be covered under warranty.

To our surprise, the service team immediately blamed us, calling it a user error without even checking. We pushed back and asked them to take it in for inspection, clearly stating that it hadn’t been dropped or mishandled. After inspection, they quoted ₺3,250 for a replacement, claimed the part wasn’t in stock, and told us the milk container is an “accessory” and not covered under warranty.
