I Face Motherboard Failure and Replacement Delay on DeLonghi Coffee Machine
Purchasing a DeLonghi coffee machine has become one of the biggest regrets in our lives. For the past three months, our coffee machine has been out of service due to a serious technical fault. After sending the machine for inspection, we were informed that the motherboard was burned out and needed to be replaced.
We immediately requested a replacement, but despite our repeated follow-ups, we have been waiting for over a month without any clear update or resolution. This long delay has left us deeply disappointed, as we purchased the DeLonghi coffee machine expecting high quality and reliable customer support, but instead we have been left without a functioning product for months.
This situation has severely disrupted our daily routine and caused emotional frustration, as we cannot enjoy something we paid for and trusted in. We believe that waiting over a month for a motherboard replacement on a premium brand like DeLonghi is unacceptable.
I request that DeLonghi urgently replace the defective motherboard and fully restore my coffee machine to working condition. I also expect an official explanation and apology for the delay and inconvenience caused.
Please resolve this issue immediately and ensure that no other customers face such prolonged delays in after-sales service.
