My Brand-New Dell G15 Laptop Freezes Up Frequently
In November 2022, I purchased a Dell G15 laptop. The device had to be sent for repair about 5 times, with the main module being replaced twice. Despite notifying them of ongoing issues with freezing and delays, they closed my case without any feedback.
Customer service representatives informed me that they couldn't provide support due to the lack of testing with the Ubuntu operating system. Although the warranty still has 10-11 months remaining, I am not receiving any assistance. The problem with the device persists, and they are not taking responsibility for it.
The replaced main modules are not new but refurbished modules from the manufacturer. The device has defects, and I would like appropriate measures to be taken.
