Dell G5S Laptop Freezes and Shows Blue Screen Even After Multiple Repairs





I purchased a Dell G5S laptop just before the February 6th earthquake, and despite surviving the disaster, the device had issues from the start. It kept freezing and showing a blue screen. I sent it to the repair center, where they replaced the motherboard, among other things. After the earthquake, the same problem returned. I even personally delivered it to their center in Ankara, but the blue screen and freezing issues persist. Now, with the warranty expired, the repair center is asking for a fee to fix it. As someone affected by the earthquake, I’m asking Dell to replace this clearly faulty laptop without additional charges.
