Deichmann Refused to Replace My Faulty Memphis One Shoes Despite Warranty

We bought a pair of Memphis One shoes from the Deichmann store in Diyarbakır. After less than four months, the soles showed significant collapses and deformations. Since the shoes were still under warranty, we returned them to the store for examination. However, they claimed that the damage was due to the user's fault and refused to replace the shoes or issue a refund, offering various excuses instead. It’s hard to believe a user could cause such extensive damage deliberately in such a short time, especially when I have worn many other shoes without any issues. The fact that both shoes—of the same brand but different colors—experienced identical sole collapse suggests a product defect, not misuse. Only the Memphis One brand shoes from Deichmann have shown this problem, unlike any other shoes I have purchased.
