I purchased Oxelo skates on 19.09.2024 with order number TR3017580947, and within less than a month, the clip shown in the picture broke. Despite paying ₺1790 and trusting Decathlon's reputation for quality, they are not providing any help with replacement parts, exchanges, or refunds. The skates turned out to be even less durable than cheaper, non-branded products. Decathlon is refusing to stand behind their product and won’t assist with a replacement or refund. I expect Decathlon to uphold their brand’s reputation and provide a proper solution by replacing the defective skates.
