Missing Parts in Decathlon Tent Purchase

I just bought an Arpenaz 4.1 Freshblack tent from the Decathlon Trendyol store. I noticed that the tent pegs were missing when I attempted to set it up over the weekend. When I contacted customer service, they stated that the tent arrived in a sealed box, implying that the pegs were included. They advised me to file a return request and order a new one. Seriously, I have to dismantle the entire tent, wait for the return approval, and then reorder, all for a missing 200 TL part that they may or may not have in stock! I still can't believe I'm in this situation. My problem would be solved instantly if they could just send me the missing tent pegs. The aggravation of having to go through the return and reordering process is unnecessary and time-consuming. Decathlon should accept responsibility for the missing parts and offer a simple solution.
