I Was Offered a Used Tent by Decathlon at a Discounted Price
We went to a Decathlon store to buy a tent. A staff member in the tent section told us that a brand-new tent, priced around ₺25,500, had been purchased online by another customer and returned because it was too large. Since the package had been opened, they offered to sell it to us for around ₺20,000. Another employee, who came along with the first one, also got involved in the sale but told a completely different story—saying the tent had not been sold to anyone else and had never been used. When we opened the tent, we saw that the inside was dirty and clearly used. This second employee didn’t really try to assist us and just gave robotic, inaccurate information. Later, someone who claimed to be the store manager arrived. When we tried to negotiate the price, he spoke to us in an inappropriate tone, saying, “Take it if you want, if not, then don’t.” We were truly upset by the lack of oversight in the store and the indifference of the staff at Decathlon.

The only response given was that it was forwarded to the authorities. If that person is still working at the store, those authorities are useless! If you don't take the necessary action, your feedback means nothing.
