Decathlon Store Pickup Fail: Dealing with a Mont Alarm Dilemma

I opted for in-store pickup at Decathlon for a new jacket, but to my surprise, an alarm went off as I left the store. When I asked the staff about it, they casually mentioned that it happens when you choose in-store pickup. I trusted their explanation and went on my way. I purchased the jacket in Eskişehir, but now I'm in Kütahya. How am I supposed to return the product to the store? Who will cover the transportation costs, expenses, and my time? I've been trying to reach customer service, but I can't seem to get through to anyone. This situation is not only inconvenient but also frustrating. Decathlon should have a better system in place for customers who choose in-store pickup to avoid these kinds of issues. I hope they address this matter promptly and provide a solution that doesn't inconvenience their customers further.
