DAZN Left Me With a Billing Dispute After Free Trial Cancellation
I signed up for DAZN and only used it for ten days during the free trial. I didn't get a confirmation when I tried to cancel my subscription, but later I saw that I had been charged for a whole month ahead of time. The app said I was about to be charged again for the next month, even though my subscription should have ended. I talked to DAZN through chat, and at first they said I had canceled just a day or two too late, but they assured me I wouldn't have to pay for another month. The app still showed the upcoming charge, though, and when I asked about it, the staff sent me confusing paperwork instead of clear answers. It seemed like they were trying to trick me into paying for something I didn't want to keep.
