I Signed Up for a DAZN Free Trial and Was Charged

I signed up for what was meant to be a free trial with DAZN, but I had to pay €19.99 up front. I canceled the subscription right away because I didn't want to keep it, but I never got an email saying so. I saw that my account had been turned back on without my authorization a little while later. I canceled again, but they still didn't confirm it. I spent an hour on the phone with customer care, explaining everything, but they didn't give me a summary of the call or any other information. It seems like they don't care about you once they've gotten your money, which makes me not trust them.
