DAZN Took Money After I Canceled My Subscription
I got an email saying that my DAZN subscription had been canceled, so I did. I was shocked to see that they had taken money out of my account anyway a few weeks later. As soon as I saw the charge, I asked for a refund right away, but they flat-out refused, saying I had renewed the subscription, which I never did. Their help desk doesn't know what good customer service is. Every time I contact them, they give me a different excuse, and it seems like they're just making things up to keep my money. It's frustrating, dishonest, and totally unprofessional.
