DANA Indonesia Fails To Address Fraud Reports And Customer Abuse
I have had a bad experience with DANA Indonesia, especially when it comes to fraud and abuse. When I complained, the platform didn't do anything useful and instead kept putting off the process with ambiguous answers and long wait times. Instead of giving me clear directions or help, I kept getting information that was unclear and wrong and didn't get me anywhere. Even after fully participating and sending in the needed paperwork, there was still no meaningful help or follow-up. A financial firm should protect its customers and take reports seriously, not leave them in the dark.
