Dafabet UPI Deposit Not Credited After Successful PhonePe Payment
I am writing to report an unresolved issue with a failed deposit on Dafabet sports and to request that my money be either credited to my Dafabet account or refunded to my original payment method. On December 26, I made a deposit to Dafabet via PhonePe using UPI. The transaction was completed on my side, but on the Dafabet site, it showed as failed, and the money never appeared in my account. The UPI transaction reference for this payment is T2512261825493629718859, and the amount was debited in INR. Since this incident, I have tried to reach Dafabet customer support through both live chat and email. It is very difficult to connect with a chat agent, and when someone does connect, they only say that they will escalate the issue, but nothing is actually resolved. My emails are also not being answered, and so far, no realistic or concrete response has been provided, while my money remains missing. I request that this failed deposit be investigated urgently and that the amount related to the above UPI transaction ID be either credited to my Dafabet account or refunded to my PhonePe/UPI source. I also expect a clear written explanation of what caused this issue and why it has not been resolved despite my repeated attempts to contact support.
