DANA Verification Not Possible Outside Indonesia
I downloaded the DANA app so I could send money to a friend who lives abroad, but the transaction was denied because I needed to verify my account fully. Sadly, this verification can't be done outside of Indonesia, which was never made apparent before. I called customer service many times, but all I got were the same copy-paste answers telling me to talk to an AI assistant who couldn't help me. You can't talk to an actual support agent. This is quite annoying and inappropriate because the service can't be utilized from outside the country at all. I want a clear explanation and a practical solution.
